肩痛でお悩みの方へ

こんにちは、アクシス整骨院スタッフの小田切です。今日は肩についての紹介です!

肩が痛くて悩んでいる方いませんか?
湿布を貼ってもなかなか良くならない。
手をあげる動作がツライ…などなど
肩は日常生活でも使う事が多い部分です。

肩を丈夫にして日常生活を楽にしていきましょう!!
肩を改善するには腕の筋肉!!

肩の機能を改善するには腕の筋肉の機能を高めてあげないとつながりません!

なかなかイメージがつかないと思います。
なんで肩なのに腕なんだよ、と思うかも知れませんが画像を見て下さい。

実は腕の筋肉は肩につながっているんです。
つながっているので当然肩が動く時は腕の筋肉も動いているんです。

手の上げ下げがツライ人は腕の筋肉の機能が低下して痛みが出てしまっている場合もあるんです!

肩がツライ人は腕の運動もしてあげると機能が改善し楽になっていきます!
肩の機能改善運動!
インクライン ダンベルカール

この運動は腕の筋肉である上腕二頭筋を鍛える運動です!
ポイントは反動を使わずしっかりダンベルを持ち上げていきます。
肘をしっかり伸ばして下ろし、肘を曲げで上げていきます。

バランスボールを画像の様に活用してもいいですし、立ったままで行っても腕の筋肉は鍛える事が出来ます!

肩が痛い人はこの腕の筋肉も使った運動をしてみて下さい!

目安は8〜10回3セット

ぜひ参考にしてみて下さい!!
